On the afternoon of December 22, Hon Quan District People's Committee organized a Council to evaluate and rank products participating in the "One Commune One Product" Program, referred to as the 2023 program (OCOP). Representatives of departments and functions of the province, members of the Council and the Team assisting in evaluating and classifying district OCOP products; Leaders of the District People's Committee, communes and towns: Thanh An, Tan Khai, Dong No, and entities whose products participate in the 2023 OCOP program attended.
This time, Hon Quan has 3 products from 3 entities participating in evaluating and ranking products participating in the 2023 OCOP Program, including: Stieng ginseng wine with banana and banana of Vu Hung wine production facility ( Tan Khai town), Minh Huong salted roasted cashew nuts of Truong Thi Hoai Huong business household (Dong No commune), Nham Nhung Cereal of Nham Nhung production facility (Thanh An commune).
Through reviewing, evaluating, and scoring products based on the criteria prescribed in the OCOP product evaluation and ranking criteria set for products participating in the one-product-per-commune program, the council has evaluated detailed prices and 3-star rating for 3 products, bringing the total number of products achieving OCOP in the district to date to 15 products.
